Mindful Peer (“the App”) is a mental wellness tool that helps users manage journaling, daily tasks, emotional check-ins, and mental health resources. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

Mindful Peer collects the minimum amount of personal information required to create and maintain a user account.

We collect the following information during account creation:

• Date of Birth (used to verify age eligibility)
• Email address
• Password

We also collect:

• Confirmation that you agree to the Community Guidelines and End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Information you voluntarily provide when you contact support or report inappropriate content

No additional profile data or analytics information is collected.

Mindful Peer does not collect:

• Device identifiers
• Health data
• Search history
• Advertising identifiers
• Behavioral or tracking data

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for:

• Creating and managing your account
• Age verification
• Logging you into the app
• Maintaining app functionality

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

Mindful Peer may be used by individuals under 13 with parental consent. We collect only the information necessary to create an account:

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

Users may delete their accounts at any time using the in-app Delete Account feature. All personal information is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
